Transparency note. CheerFinds is paid by retailers: if an offer you found here is honoured at a checkout, the retailer sends us a commission. Nothing you pay changes. How that works
Issue 7 · Mon 26 Oct 2026A code that failed is the most useful thing you can send us.
A person reads every entry before it is published, and a person reads this form. If something was refused at a checkout, this is the quickest way to get it looked at — we work through reports the same day and take down anything that has stopped working.
What happens to what you send
Messages arrive at one address and are read by a person, usually the same day. Reports of a code that failed and requests from a brand or a photographer to take something down go to the front of the queue; everything else is answered within a working day.
We keep contact messages for two years so that there is a record of what was reported and what we did about it, then delete them. Your address is used to reply to you and for nothing else — it never joins a mailing list unless you sign up to the weekly email yourself. The detail is in our privacy policy.
If you are a retailer or a network
Mark the message for the owner. We will amend or remove an entry on request without asking why, and can stop monetising a programme rather than delist it if that is what you would prefer. Our obligations under the industry codes are set out in the coupon code policy.
Takedowns
Tell us the page and what is on it. We take the material down while we look into it rather than after. Formal copyright notices can also go to the designated agent named in our terms of service, but a plain email is enough to get something removed.
